Shopping
1. The Shop, before confirming the purchase, provides the Customer with the following information:
a. a detailed description of the product and its features;
b. the total price of the ordered products including taxes, as well as the payment for transport, delivery or postal services and summarizing the total amount of the order with the selected delivery option
c. regarding the method and date of payment
d. regarding the manner and date of fulfillment of the benefit by the entrepreneur.
2. The purchase of the Product does not require registration in the Store
3. Placing an order takes place using the form available after pressing the “I am ordering and paying” button in the summary of the shopping basket in which the Customer provides the following data:
a) Name and surname or company name
b) Email address
c) Telephone number
d) NIP or PESEL number
e) Address details for shipment
4. The deadline for payment is 3 days.
5. The contract is considered to have been made at the moment of payment by the Customer, after receiving confirmation of the order for execution.
Prices and payment methods
1. Commodity prices are given in Euro and include VAT tax
2. The customer has the option to pay the price:
a.) by bank transfer to the bank account number
b.) by credit cards via PayPal check – the credit card is charged at the time of payment,
c.) via PayPal,
3. The deadline for payment is 3 days.

Shipment
1. The delivery of the Goods is carried out to the address indicated by the Customer while placing the Order. In case of any doubts regarding the cost of shipping to European Union countries and from outside the European Union, please e-mail ceramigo.art@gmail.com to determine the cost of delivery and / or other methods of shipment.
2. Delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out by post package or by courier Pocztex / EMS. Delivery costs depend on the weight of the ordered item.
3. The ordered product is shipped within 3 business days of posting the amount due for the product in the case of payment in advance. The time of delivery by the carrier (Poczta Polska) in Poland is usually 2-5 working days counting from the day the Customer pays for the Order depending on the chosen method of shipment (parcel, courier shipment). Outside Poland, delivery time depending on the shipping area and the choice of shipping method (parcel post, EMS courier service).
4. In case of ordering several pieces of goods, the goods are generally packed in one parcel unless, the total weight exceeds the requirements of the carrier or the customer will indicate a different method of packaging and select the option of separate delivery for each product. Then, items are shipped in more than one package.
5. The Customer will be notified about sending the goods by e-mail. When choosing a courier parcel, the customer will receive a parcel number by e-mail.
6. If the product is to be sent by the Shop to the Customer who is a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the item (good) passes to the customer when it is delivered to the customer. For the issue of a good (commodity), it is considered that the Store is entrusted with the carrier, if the Store had no influence on the choice of the carrier by the buyer.
7. At the customer’s request, a VAT invoice is issued. The customer is obliged to provide full data necessary for the proper issuance of a VAT invoice:
a) Name and surname / company,
b) Address of residence / registered office,
c) NIP (in case of companies), PESEL number (natural persons),
d) Order number,
e) Mailing address
8. Anyone who registers and / or makes an order, the Customer agrees to receive information on the course of transactions, notifications about changes to these Regulations to the email address provided by them.
9. Other information regarding the operation of the Website, as well as containing commercial information about new products or services of the Website, promotions of the Website and products promoted by the Administrator’s partners, will be sent only to those Customers who have consented to it.

Zakupy
1. Sklep, przed dokonaniem potwierdzenia zakupu, przedstawia Klientowi następujące informacje:
a. dokładny opisu danego produktu i jego cech;
b. łączną cenę zamówionych produktów wraz z podatkami, a także opłatą za transport, dostarczenie lub usługi pocztowe oraz podsumowującą łączną kwotę zamówienia z wybraną opcją dostawy
c. dotyczące sposobu i terminu zapłaty
d. dotyczące sposobu i terminu spełnienia świadczenia przez przedsiębiorcę.
2. Dokonanie zakupu Produktu nie wymaga rejestracji w Sklepie
3. Składanie zamówienia odbywa się za pomocą formularza, dostępnego po naciśnięciu przycisku „zamawiam i płacę” w podsumowaniu koszyka zakupów, w którym Klient podaje następujące dane:
- a) Imię i nazwisko lub nazwa firmy
- b) Adres email
- c) Numer telefonu
- d) NIP lub PESEL
- e) Dane adresowe do wysyłki
4. Termin na wykonanie płatności wynosi 3 dni.
5. Umowę uznaje się za zawartą z chwilą dokonania wpłaty przez Klienta, po uprzednim otrzymaniu potwierdzenia przyjęcia zamówienia do realizacji.
Ceny i metody płatności
1. Ceny Towarów podawane są w Euro i zawierają podatek VAT
2. Klient ma możliwość uiszczenia ceny:
a.) przelewem na numer konta bankowego
b.) kartami kredytowymi za pośrednictwem serwisu PayPal check – karta kredytowa zostaje obciążona w momencie dokonania płatności,
c.) za pośrednictwem serwisu PayPal,
3. Termin na wykonanie płatności wynosi 3 dni.
4. Nie wysyłamy za pobraniem
Wysyłka
1. Dostawa Towarów jest odbywa się pod adres wskazany przez Klienta w trakcie składania Zamówienia. W przypadku wątpliwości co do kosztów wysyłki do krajów Unii Europejskiej i spoza Unii Europejskiej proszę o kontakt mailowy ceramigo.art@gmail.com w celu ustalenia kosztów dostawy lub/i wyboru innych metod wysyłki.
2. Dostawa zamówionych Towarów odbywa paczką pocztową lub przesyłką kurierską Pocztex /EMS. Koszty dostawy zależne są od wagi zamówionego przedmiotu.
3. Zamówiony towar jest wysyłany w przeciągu 3 dni roboczych od zaksięgowania kwoty należnej za produkt w przypadku płatności z góry. Termin realizacji dostawy przez przewoźnika (Poczta Polska) na terenie Polski wynosi zwykle 2-5 dni roboczych licząc od dnia opłacenia przez Klienta Zamówienia w zależności od wybranego sposobu przesyłki (paczka, przesyłka kurierska). Poza Polską czas relizacji dostawy w zależności od strefy wysyłkowej i wyboru sposobu przesyłki (paczka pocztowa, przesyłka kurierska EMS).
4. W przypadku zamówienia kilku sztuk towaru towar co do zasady pakowany jest zbiorczo w jedna przesyłkę chyba że, łączna waga przekracza wymogi przewoźnika lub Klient wskaże inny sposób pakowania i zaznaczy opcje odrębnej dostawy dla każdego produktu. Wówczas przedmioty wysyłane są w więcej niż 1 opakowaniu.
5. O wysyłaniu towaru Klient zostanie powiadomiony drogą mailową. Przy wyborze przesyłki kurierskiej, Klient otrzyma pocztą elektroniczną numer przesyłki.
6. Jeżeli towar ma zostać przesłany przez Sklep Klientowi będącemu konsumentem, niebezpieczeństwo przypadkowej utraty lub uszkodzenia rzeczy (towaru) przechodzi na Klienta z chwilą jej wydania Klientowi. Za wydanie rzeczy (towaru) uważa się jej powierzenie przez Sklep przewoźnikowi, jeżeli Sklep nie miał wpływu na wybór przewoźnika przez kupującego.
7. Na życzenie Klienta wystawiana jest faktura VAT. Klient zobowiązany jest do podania pełnych danych niezbędnych do prawidłowego wystawienia faktury VAT:
- a) Imię i nazwisko/firmę,
- b) Adres zamieszkania/siedziby,
- c) Numer NIP (w przypadku firm), numer PESEL (osoby fizyczne),
- d) Numer zamówienia,
- e) Adres korespondencyjny
8. Każdy rejestrujący się i/lub dokonujący zamówienia Klient wyraża zgodę na otrzymywanie na podany przez siebie adres e-mail informacji związanych z przebiegiem transakcji, zawiadomień o zmianach w niniejszym Regulaminie.
9. Inne informacje dotyczące działania Serwisu, a także zawierające informację handlową o nowych produktach lub usługach Serwisu, o promocjach Serwisu oraz promujących produkty partnerów Administratora przesyłane będą tylko tym Klientom, którzy wyrazili na to zgodę.
